This is a 30 day policy. If you have not contacted us within 30 days of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must arrive back to us within 45 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition with all original packaging & tags intact. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have discount code applied eligible for EXCHANGE only.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification that we have received your returned item(s). You will be informed if the return is approved, or rejected (due to merchandise condition).
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.
If you have not received your refund: Please contact your local bank and credit card company, as it may take several days before your refund is posted to your account.
